Remaining Balance: $240 (due at completion)

Custom order agreement 

• Production time is approximately 4 to 5 weeks unless deadlines have been discussed prior.

• Orders under $250 require full payment to begin production. Orders over $250 require a 60% deposit with the remaining balance due once the outfit is complete.

• Full payment is required for rush orders.

• Deposits are non refundable and secure your place in the production schedule.

• Final balances must be paid within 48 hours of completion or the order may be canceled and the item released.

• Photos and videos of the finished piece will be sent after the final balance has been received.

• Due to the made to order nature of custom garments, production updates are not provided.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing. Pretty Kitty Threads is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements or size selection.

• We do not replicate other designers’ work. Inspiration photos are used as reference only and the final design will be my interpretation.

• Once production has begun, design changes cannot be made.

• Due to the custom nature of these garments, all sales are final.
