    •    Made to Order Outfits & Custom Outfits : Marked Made to Order in the title - please allow 4-5 weeks for processing, no matter the shipping speed you choose at checkout. 
    •    Ready to Ship Items: Marked Ready to Ship in the title - ships in 1-3 business days.

📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info by email or text. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

🌍 International Babes
Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS Priority Mail with insurance. Import taxes, duties, or VAT are not included and may apply once your order arrives. These are your responsibility.

🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s care. Pretty Kitty Threads is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping provider to file a claim:

🎀 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations—each order is made or prepped just for you.
If your item arrives damaged, email hello@prettykittythreads.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll do our best to make it right.
